Biskvit
- 8bjelanjaka
- 8 kašikašećera
- 8 kašikabrašna
- i još 2 dlvrućeg mlijeka
Krema
- 8žumanjaka
- 8 kašikašećera
- 5 kašikaoštrog brašna
- 5 dlmlijeka
- 2vanilij šećera
- 250 grmargarina
- 500 grjagoda
- 3šlag pjene
Priprema
- 1Umutiti bjelanca sa šećerom i dodati brašno. Lagano izmješati, i izliti u pleh obložen papirom za pečenje da se peče 20 minuta na 180 C. Ohladiti biskvit, odlijepiti papir i preliti vrućim mlijekom.
- 2Umutiti žumanjce sa šećerom, dodati brašno i 1 dl mlijeka i dobro izmješati. Preostalo mlijeko staviti da prokuha zajedno sa vanilij šećerom, te dodati pripremljena žumanjca i napraviti puding. U mlaku kremu dodati margarin i dobro umutiti.
- 3Šlag napraviti prema uputi proizvođača.
- 4Redati kora, krema, u kremu ugusto utisnuti jagode, i na kraju šlag.

Fini kremasti kolač
Kremasti kolači su nešto bez čega je teško zamisliti vikend kod nas doma tako da smišljanje recepta za vikend kolač počinje već u tjednu. Iako o tome koji kolač ispeći razmišljam više dana, najčešće se odlučujem za nešto u hodu i na brzinu, obično netom prije nego ga treba ispeći. Tako sam i ovog proteklog vikenda nakon klasičnog proljetnog čišćenja kuće, već vidno umorna i bez pretjerane želje za odlaskom u dućan odlučila smućkati nešto od raspoloživog materijala iz špajze i hladnjaka pa sam od nekoliko recepata koje sam našla sa raznih strana napravila nešto po svome i ispalo je odlično Dakle, ako volite kremaste kolače, spoj tamne i bijele čokolade i dašak svježine koji daje Mascarpone ili obični bijeli kravlji sir, onda je ovo kolač baš po vašoj mjeri – sočno, kremasto, čokoladno mmmm Evo recepta:
POTREBNO:
- 4 bjelanjca
- 5 žlica brašna (oštro ili glatko)
- 3 žlice kakaa
- 5 žlica šećera
- vanilin šećer s okusom ruma
- 1/2 praška za pecivo
- 1/2 jogurta (oko 1 dl)
- 1 dl ulja
Za preljev biskvita:
- 1,5 dl mlijeka
- 30 g tamne čokolade za kuhanje
Za kremu:
- 4 žumanjka
- 1/2l vrhnja za šlag
- 25 dag mascarponea (ili običnog kravljeg sira )
- 20 dag bijele čokolade
- 1 vrećica želatine u prahu
PRIPREMA:
- Za biskvit miksati bjelanjke da budu čvrsti, dodati šećer i vanilin šećer, ulje, jogurt i na kraju kratko umiksati prosijano brašno sa praškom za pecivo i kakaom. Peći u manjem kalupu za torte (22cmØ) 25 min. Biskvit pažljivo odvojiti od rubova kalupa, istresti na rešetku za kolače, odvojiti papir za pečenje pa premjestiti biskvit na podlogu za tortu.
- Postaviti oko biskvita obruč od kalupa u kojem se torta pekla pa ga preliti toplim preljevom koji se spremi tako da se čokolada otopi u vrelom mlijeku sve dok sve skupa ne postane ravnomjerno tamna tekućina. Ostaviti biskvit po strani da se čokoladni preljev dobro upije što će mu dati posebnu sočnost.
- Za kremu pjenjačom lagano umutiti žumanjke i 1 dl slatkog vrhnja (taj 1 dl se oduzme od onih 1/2l). Na sasvim laganoj vatri zakuhati tu smjesu i uz neprestano miješanje kuhati kremicu dok se ne počne zgušnjavati (cca 5 min). Rashladiti kremu pa u nju dodati bijelu čokoladu koju ste prethodno otopili. Kada se potpuno ohladi dodati mascarpone i posebno istučeno vrhnje za šlag i na kraju svega želatinu koju ste spremili prema uputi na omotu. (ja sam kolač radila bez želatine, no krema mi je bila nekako mekana i teško se rezalo sve skupa, tako da mislim da će želatina dobro doći). Kremom premazati ohlađeni biskvit.
- Sve skupa posipati ribanom čokoladom i dobro rashladiti (Najbolje preko noći)
Maknuti obruč kalupa od torte i poslužiti rezano na komade željene veličine.
